Today Mr. Lemke and Mr. Vike traveled with the 4th Grade Math 24 team to compete in the regional tournament at Beloit Turner. All students did amazing and should be so proud of themselves. Two Edgerton students placed in the top 6! Congratulations to Evelyn Fjelstead for placing 6th and Soren Spike who placed 5th.
Most importantly, our Edgerton students showed respect to all and showed great sportsmanship. Way to go 4th graders. Roll Tide!

Monday’s Shakespeare students analyzed the chaotic “typhoon fury” of King Claudius which had scattered theater goers and assessed Horatio & Prince Hamlet’s suspicions of the king’s murderous guilt.

Monday our Shakespeare students watched a video clip of brilliant
Broadway Shakespearean actor, David Tennant, perform Hamlet's famous
"To be or not to be" soliloquy and also prepared for the play within a
play, “The Murder of Gonzago.”

Congratulations to the students who are participating in the Youth Art Month Regional Art Show. These students will have work displayed at the Commonwealth Gallery in Madison this week and will be honored with a reception on Sunday, Feb. 19th from 12pm - 3pm.

Today, staff at Community Intermediate were recognized for all the things they do every day with a morning treat delivered to their classrooms. In a giving profession like education, it is important that we celebrate the small moments & we wanted to take a moment to celebrate our staff!
